A cartoon from Czechoslovakia that was shown when Itchy and Scratchy moved to the Gabby show on the Simpsons. It featured a cat and mouse that walk around a city and see a lot of poor homeless people (made poor due to the capitalistic pigs, no doubt). They go into a deep despair and madness and then the cartoon ends. A socialist spin on Itchy and Scratchy.
