A method of prototyping circuits. A perforated board is stuffed with components with long leads. Specially made Wirewrap wires are used to connect the leads on the back of the board. The wires come in many lenghts and have the insulation removed a specific distance from both ends. The end of the wire is inserted in a tool which is then turned to wind the exposed end of the wire around the leads.
