Official campus radio station of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, broadcasting at 91.5 FM. Also one of the oldest still-operating college FM radio station, starting in 1957. WRPI is all-student managed, organized by agreement of the Rensselaer Student Union and the Board of Trustees, but also includes numerous community members. The station has studios on-campus, and it's 10,200 Watt transmitter in East Greenbush, NY, a few miles from campus. WRPI can be heard at almost any time of the day throughout upstate New York, western Massachusetts, and some parts of Vermont and Connecticut, as well as across the internet.
