This is an excellent pale ale beer from the McAuslan brewery in Montreal, Quebec. Actually, the McAuslan brewery's address is on St-Ambroise street, and that's where the name of their pale ale originates from. The brewery also makes St-Ambroise Oatmeal Stout, which is quite awesome too. On my beer ratings list, St-Amboirse has fluctuated between 3 stars and 4 stars (world-class). Another great Quebec beer is Boreale Rousse.
