RailComm, Inc. is a small railroad technologies startup company that uses the newest technological 'toys', and applies them to railroad control and management. It was created when some employees of a larger railroad company got disgruntled by management never accepting new ideas, and refusing to use new technology to improve products and services. Located in the TEC center, just beyond RIT in Rochester, they are the bane of many hardware and software developers, because of their tendency to use hardware and software in new and novel ways that often creates and uncovers bugs no one even knew about.
