Pecan cups
Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup
brown sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup
margarine
2 cups flour
Instructions
Combine the cream cheese and margarine, blend and mix, add the flour and mix.
Let rest.
Divide dough in quarters, divide quarters in 12 balls, and press the balls on
bottom and sides of mini muffin pans.
Combine eggs, brown sugar, vanilla and stir in
pecan. Fill the dough cups with the
pecan mixture. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered
sugar.
