Fish person in the Breath of Fire series. He was called Gobi in the first one, then translated correctly as Manillo in the second and third. He is a merchant fish in all three. In the first, he joins your group and uses water spells and a pike. In the second and third, you can catch Manillo while fishing using a Gold Coin, "koban".
