Ethnic or cultural distinction referring to Canadians of Portuguese descent. Lusitania was the name of the Roman province that today includes Portugal, Galicia, and other parts of Spain. The Lusitanis were a warlike bunch, and were part of the last Iberian holdouts against the Roman Empire

Canada is the world's second largest landmass and arguably the world capital of hockey. Canadians are a peaceful people, and were some of the last holders-on to the British Empire; their historical roots are found in the loyalists who, at the time of the American Revolutionary War against England, decided to opt out and get forced up to chilly Ontario.
