lowsunday is a band originally from Pittsburgh, PA. Formed in the early 90s (1993 if I'm not mistaken) under the name Low Sunday Ghost Machine, lowsunday was one of the most popular local acts in the goth and industrial scenes for many years without gaining much recognition in the outside world. After releasing 2 full length albums and an EP on local lables, lowsunday has finally been recognized for their hard work and has recently signed a record deal with premiere goth/darkwave record lable ProJekt. Those who are not fortunate enough to live in Pittsburgh where lowsunday albums are readily available at most non-chain record stores can find a few of their tracks on Napster or check out the web page (predictably www.lowsunday.com) to hear some samples.
