Λακιος

He and his brother Antiphemus had received an order from the Delphic oracle to go, one to the east and the other to the west, and to found a town. Antiphemus founded Gela in Sicily; Lacius founded Phaselis on the frontier between Lycia and Pamphylia. He bought the land needed for his town by the sale of salt fish (see CYLABRAS).
