Grammar B is an entirely different approach to writing. Instead of trying to convey ideas, it tries to convey a feeling of something. Much better in a not-so-Western approach to writing, i.e. to expand on questions rather then attempt on answering them. Grammar B allows for incomplete sentences, "arbitrary" punctuation, made-up words, repetition, etc.

Example:

Raining: put on your rain coats, the rain must not touch you, god forbid rain touching you - just get in your car, ignore the child's "Puddles!" (children know nothing), and drive drive drive, traffic, cars floating.
