Galushki are a
Ukrainian traditonal food item. They can be made from small pieces of dough or
mincemeat. They are served with
sour cream of different sauces.
I recommend the following ingredients:
500 g veal
100 g butter
1 egg
100 g white bread
green parsley
salt/pepper
You should whip the butter, add the egg, grate the white bread and finely chopped and knead it thoroughly. You should shape small balls and cook in boiling salted water until desired tenderness is achieved.
