Basically any chemical which someone might come into contact with at their workplace has a COSHH sheet associated with it: some things have obvious hazards, for example most industrial automotive paints contain cyanide, however even seemingly innocuous substances such as solvent-based marker pens are potentially hazardous and therefore legal guidelines apply.
