The place across the Red River from Shreveport, in northwestern Louisiana. You can tell somebody from that area from anybody else by the fact that everybody else is likely to mispronounce it. It's not the comparative of "bossy", and it's not pronounced like in French (though it's actually named after a guy with a French surname) -- actually, it's "BOH-zher", where the "zh" represents a sound like the "si" in "version".
