Bob Young chairs one of the top
Linux distribution software companies,
Red Hat. He graduated with a history degree from the
University of Toronto and prior to his career as a
Linux populizer, he worked as a computer hardware salesman in
Toronto. He stumbled into Linux in the early 1990s and founded
Red Hat in 1994 with
Mark Ewing.
