Aoshi is the
leader of the
Oniwa Banshu. After most of his men were killed by a
gatling gun, he turned towards
evil in his goal to
kill kenshin. (Even though his men had
sacraficed themselves willingly to help kenshin beat the
gun, and save himself and Aoshi) Later, Kenshin beats Aoshi and turns him back towards the
light.
