4 club juggling is actually much easier and much more relaxing than it looks. The problem with 3 club jugglers is that they may well feel like i once did...4 club juggling is outta my range. Lots of juggling books advise throwing a couple of hundred solids with each hand first. I would reccomend exactly what i did, going to the park and just start trying to throw off-sync 4 club juggling. Be careful where the clubs land, you will get hit on your head quite a lot. Be patient, lift the clubs and try for about another 5 hours. Then go home and repeat this for 3 days and you will be well on your way with about 20-30 throws.
