One of the two now famous sound clips recorded by Linus Torvalds circa 1994 to serve as a pronunciation guide to the word "Linux", the other clip being "swedish.au". Not that it really worked, because a large number of people still pronouce it "LINE-ucks" as opposed to "Lin-ucks" or "LEE-nucks". Go figure.

The sound file has since beeen hacked up and down into an unknown number of absurdly ammusing raps, rhythms and many other innumerable permutations. If Linus had had any idea what that 9 second audio clip would become, I really think he would have rethought his actions.
