Drug slang adjective used (1) to describe a
stoned-like effect (i.e. from the ingestion of
marijuana) or (2) to
ascribe the property of
potency to a substance.
1. After I smoked that marijuana I felt rather stony.
2. Damn, that marijuana sure is stony.
