I just found an item I was shocked to find attributed at Arthur Smith Studios.
Its an album produced by Arthur Smith Studios Charolotte, NC
Its called Gentlemen Start your engines!
The story of NASCAR International Grand National Racing.
I have no idea the year it was released it appears to have been cut on Snyder Album Company plastic in Winston Salem, NC
Although Arthur's bio here makes nomention of his interest in racing or NASCAR
This Album certainly credits him with its existence naming him as the producer.
If anyone knows of any other copies of this album I'd sure like a chance to converse with them.
