"Teabagging" is a term in sailing for an action by a helmsman to heel the sailboat to windward (generally by steering to windward or easing the mainsail) too quickly for the crew, who is hiking out on a trapeze, to react to the change, dipping the crew into the drink. This generally makes the crew pretty salty and can capsize the boat. This can happen inadvertently as a result of a sudden lull in wind strength.

Excellent technique for dealing with annoying crews as they are pretty much helpless if the heel is changed quickly enough.
