Lassi is a light, refreshing yoghurt drink from India. It's perfect
for a hot day (or hot night).
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup plain yoghurt
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 t salt
Instructions: Combine A, B and C in a blender or food processor
and blend for 2-minutes or until smooth. Serve over crushed ice.
