Brannon Braga is a native of Canton, OH and attended Kent State University. He was a frequent writer for Star Trek: The Next Generation, and Voyager. He was also a producer for Voyager, and is now a writer/producer/creator of Enterprise. Before something of a falling out in 2000, he often collaborated with fellow Trek writer/producer Ronald D. Moore. Their most notable writing credits include All Good Things..., Generations, and First Contact. Outside of Trek, the duo also wrote the story for Mission: Impossible II.

Along with Rick Berman, Braga is often credited for Star Trek's recent decline in story quality and ratings.
