Drura Sehpt of the planet Somahtur is the real name of Infectious
Lass. The natives of her home planet harbor colonies of
microorganisms, allowing them to infect others with practically
any disease, without being harmed themselves. Calling herself
Infectious Lass, Drura tried out for the Legion of Super-Heroes.
During her try out, she showed a distinct lack of control of her power,
causing the Legion to reject her application.
Infectious Lass joined the Legion of Substitute Heroes. She accidentally
infected Color Kid with the Grandin Gender Reversal Disease causing him to
change sex for a short time. She also infected six shuttle passangers and
a customs clerk, before the Subs realized that she was responsible.
