A character from the animated show "
The Tick". As far as I can remember it was only in one episode. The subject of which was mindswapping. Ton-tongue is well... a
giant tongue monster. Not just one tongue,
nonono. He? is rather a collection of huge tongues. One for his head and body... one for each limb.. one for each finger, etc.
All of them are able to taste, as shown by Arthur's comments when he is mindswapped with Ton-Tongue.
"I can taste the floor." and "I can taste your back."
Then there is the scientist who created ton-tongue remarking on him being swapped with Arthur. "He has but one tongue with which to taste the world!!!"
Oh yes. Ton-tongue also has a mouth with another tongue inside.
