Everything below here is about ten years old... preserved for posterity.
I make music: http://mirrorshades.zall.org/
Depending on the day, you may find me listening to Nine Inch Nails, Pitchshifter, Peatbog Faeries, Rammstein, Aphex Twin, Autechre, Deftones, Apocalyptica or any of the other fifty-odd albums I carry on MD in my bag.
I drink several mugs of tea a day.
On my desk is a Kellogg's Cornflakes plastic tumbler full of dried-out pens and empty automatic pencils. There are a couple of pencils there too.

I am a britnoder.
Noders I have met, in no particular order:
Hamster Man (twice)
so save me
a scar faery
trust the doctor
I dress in black, and wear a trenchcoat. Sometimes I wear gray, navy or dark khaki, but never colours.
I am a member of outies.
I own two computers: Stratocaster, a P166 running Debian which I use for IRC, NAT for the home network, random file hosting and occasional web browsing; and Razor, an AthlonXP 2100+ based machine, with 256MB RAM and two monitors, which I use for everything else.
Most people in 'real life' call me Andy. A few call me Cammy. I'll answer to either.
I like cooking.
I am fascinated by almost everything.
I'm very, very ticklish, and for some strange reason I advertise this fact...
My desk is a breeding ground for mugs, computer parts and bits of paper. It feeds on plectrums and assorted stationery.
My favourite colour is dark blue.
There are more good writeups on e2 than I could possibly vote up, especially on ten votes a day. I keep a voting list. In the past it has grown to over four pages in length and only decreased when it got accidentally wiped out when reinstalling Windows XP.
Sunrises, sunsets, clear starry nights and thunderstorms are simple, but wonderful, pleasures.
