3 slices hard cheese OR 2 mounded tablespoons soft cheese
1 flour tortilla
4-5 nasturtium blossoms
Shredded nasturtium leaves, enough to cover cheese and flowers
6-8 cilantro leaves
1 teaspoon powdered garlic
1 teaspoon powdered cumin
Hot sauce to taste

Heat a frying pan on medium heat, add your tortilla to the pan, and lay down your cheese on half the tortilla. On top, sprinkle your spices. On top of those, add your blossoms, the leaves, the herbs, and your hot sauce. Brown on both sides, consume with voracious hunger.

This can be dressed up or down - I've left out multiple components with a fair amount of success. Good additions include avocado, chili flakes, kale, thin-sliced onions, and whatever delicious meats you feel like consuming today. Even better additions include leftover taco meat, beans, pickles, and multiple different kids of cheese.

The nasturtiums add a nice kick of heat, sweetness, and fresh green flavor that goes well with cheddar, chevre, gouda, and multiple other cheeses. You could probably leave off the spices and add some chutney or membrillo if you've got a sweet tooth going on.
