Sometimes slopers are so hard to
hold onto that moisture levels
in the air
can be a signifigant factor.
Due to this many bouldering
are only attempted when the weather
is at about 5o
C below 0.
One can then hold the sloper, but the tradeoff
is that one can not feel one's hands.
