Ingredients

• 2 to 5 lbs ground beef, sauteed until brown
• Salsa - a chunky, pico de gallo-like salsa (see the recipe for salsa and guacamole). Anywhere between 1 and 8 cups.
• 0 to 10 sliced mushrooms
• 12 oz. tomato paste
• 2 - 8 tomatoes, cut into 1 inch square pieces
• 1 teaspoon corn starch, blended with two teaspoons cold water.
• 1 to 3 onions, sliced.
• chili powder to taste

Mix the ingredients as prepared into a large stewpot over low heat. Leave on low heat for several hours. Serve with tortilla chips and rolls.
