(...Back to The Big Bang)

In early earth history, the seas contained vast quantities of primitive organic molecules.

Atoms and molecules self assembled according to thermodynamic principles.

At some point, lightning struck and a molecule was formed that had the ability to replicate itself.

(Forward to Dinosaurs...)

The odd mix of various chemicals, both organic and inorganic, that collected on the surface of the early earth, and eventually resulted in the formation of life. However, it didn't happen quicky, but in many many steps.

Creationists, who believe that everything just appeared after god said so, say the odds are way too much against this. They say this because they expect to see DNA form directly from a random batch of inorganic elements.

All arise
From thy
Primordial
Ooze

From thou
We arise

All
All
We fools
Like mules
Question
Thou

All
All
Stools
Fools
Mules
Oolong
Strong
And weak

Fail thy rule

Evil too
From Primordial Ooze

Raise us
Save us
Lead us
On thy path
Through nave
To grave
And back
To ooze

We grieve
At thy will
Brief
Leaf
We long
For relief

But let thou
Use each
Thy tools
To do
As thou will

Cruel strife
And life
Arises
From Primordial Ooze

Show us thy path
Thy math
We embrace
Thy glory
With thy wrath
