Those moments that are simply so extraordinary that after they have occured you forget their true impact. After you experience one your life will never truly be the same again. Perfect moments of beauty can occur in the most depraved, ugly, filthy environments possible and just as easily they can occur in the most pristine.

Imagine, if you will, the whole reality of living ending for just one instant and everything seeming plain, and in that simplicity, also intrinsically complex. From the thesis of simplicity and the antithesis of complexity, beauty is created.
A good life will be so full of these perception altering moments that one is sure of almost nothing besides one more perfect moment of beauty.
