In the Catholic church, holy water is kept in holy water fonts, affixed to walls (or free standing) just inside the entrances to the church, and when appropriate, in the baptismal font. An extra supply of holy water may be kept in a stainless steel receptacle out of view of the parishioners, such a receptacle looks more or less like a miniature chrome water cooler.

Now, all you Catholics, imagine the Deacon and the Priest discussing the latest episode of Sex and the City while having a cool drink. Heh!
