Also known as astronaut ice cream, and only sold in expensive tourist shops, freeze dried ice cream is.. er.. ice cream that's been freeze dried. it comes in a square block of flaky but somehow creamy goodness. it tastes like a gourmet version of those little "marshmallows" in sugary breakfast cereals. It's ridiculously expensive - something like $70/kilogram. I want them to mass produce this stuff, along with the cereal marshmallows, so I can buy them for cheap in the bulk food aisle. I'm sure the right to rot my teeth is somewhere in the constitution.
