only fruit before noon
choose to eat protein (meat, cheese, nuts)
or carbohydrates (pasta, rice, bread, potatoes, chips etc.)
and plenty of vegetables at every meal (except before noon of course!)
wait four hours between a carb meal and a protein meal and vice versa
the saddest part is that you do not get to eat refined sugar (sigh)....
