A common term used to describe someone who is "rollin' really hard." (Translation: on Ecstasy) Many times, etards are comical, they are sitting in the corner with goofy grins on their faces, touching everything and everybody, and making sure that everyone in their 20-foot radius knows exactly how much they love them. Often can be seen extolling the concept of PLUR, wearing copious amounts of candy, using copious amounts of Vicks VapoRub, and giving/recieving back rubs.

Hmm. Down here in Southern California and up into the Northwest, an etard is someone who's permanently dazy because of ecstasy. You know, the ones who can't quite think straight anymore. One friend decided to do a report on ecstasy (art high school students - sheesh) and he ran into some seriously damaged people. One guy just kinda snapped after his 200th hit. It's a neurotoxin afterall - abuse it and you'll pay for it.

A derogatory term for someone who has taken too much e, or ecstasy, and is either passed out in the middle of the dancefloor, or is doing something stupid, like humping a speaker, or standing in the middle of the dancefloor blowing bubbles.
