Elsewhere is also a young adult's book written by Will Shetterly, the first in a series called "The Bordertown Series." Set in a lighthearted sci-fi punk realm, Elsewhere starts the journey of a young runaway named Ron who is headed to Soho, the place where magic sometimes works and makes science fickle. It's an easy read, being a young adult's book, but a must read for anyone who likes a fun romp through elves on motorcycles and friendships in the most unlikely places. The book also has a neat quote on the back of the jacket that goes "Far away is near at hand in the images of Elsewhere."

While it is also the inspiration for my name-sake, I thought a quick write-up on something related to "Elsewhere" might be appropriete.

Else"where` (?), adv.

1.

In any other place; as, these trees are not to be found elsewhere.

2.

In some other place; in other places, indefinitely; as, it is reported in town and elsewhere.
