As described in RICHH:Always Used To Hate Harps (the alt.butt-harp FAQ), a sex toy consisting of two ben wa balls linked by a wire. The ends are inserted into two butts, the wire is stretched tight, and then someone plucks and/or bows the wire.

No idea if this actually exists, though...
