The motto employed by the paintball field which I occasionally frequent. It refers to the time tested methodology of victory through practical application of probability. The theory basically involves firing far more paintballs than your opponents, thus increasing the chances of hitting them first.

Either that or it's just a sneaky ploy to drum up more ammo sales :P

Probably also applies to arguments and debates: yell loud enough and you're right.

Certainly there are plenty of people who argue this way, more's the pity.
