West Lothian is in Central Scotland. Also, as far as I know, the River Moray is in the North of Scotland, nearer to Inverness. Rivers that run through or by the county include the River Almond, the River Forth and the Union Canal.

Some other useful/useless information:

It's one of the most technologically advanced local authority areas in Scotland, in terms of the amount of high-tech industry throughout the county, hence its other name of Silicon Glen. Some of the things around include manufacture of : silicon wafers, computers, microchips, mobile telephones. Also e-business, pharmaceutical research, e-banking, etc...

The schools around here have far more computers in than my school did when I was there, and all the students have email accounts and web access!!!
