Fictional character from GI Joe who was on the side of Cobra and had a twin brother Xamot. See Orange Julius's writeup under Xamot for more info.
They each felt their brother's pain...literally. It often confused the joes in battle when they would hit Xamot and Tomax would be the one injured, or vice versa. The solution would often be to smash their heads against each other.
