Primary Plot: As the
Interstellar Alliance forces surround
Centauri Prime,
Londo discovers the truth about the
Drakh forces controlling the
Regent. The Regent is killed, and Londo is implanted with a
Keeper. He ends the
war, saying that the
military actions were caused by the Regent alone. He's later
inaugurated, alone, as
Emperor of the
Centauri Republic.
