One of my favorite female figure skaters. Surya is not as graceful as Michelle Kwan or most female skaters, but has tremendous gymnastic abilities, which includes her famous backwards flip, landing one one foot, which no other skater can do.

Surya was born in Nice, France on 15 December 1973.
