Babylon 5 Season 3, Episode 14.

Primary Plot: Bester arrives to forge an uneasy alliance with B5 against the Shadows by tipping them off about a Shadow weapons shipment passing nearby that he wants captured.

Secondary Plot: G'Kar seeks admittance into the War Council.

Tertiary Plot: The Shadows begin openly attacking worlds.
