A large electronics systems company whose bread and butter is large defense contracts. (Notable products include the Patriot missiles used in the gulf war.) They also produce electronics for yachts. (Radio, Radar, that kind of thing.) Divisions under Raytheon include Raytheon Electronic Systems, Raytheon Naval & Maritime Integrated Systems, and others. They've also just recently acquired Hughes Aircraft.

Speaking as an employee, I've certainly worked in far worse places. The pay is good, the people generally friendly, and the only slight irritant is the security. I can't even get into certain areas without an escort, even if its just to swap out a monitor. :-/
