Q&A is a term short for question and answer.
It's usually used to describe a type of interview style that is a list of questions by the inteviewer interspersed with the answers of the interviewee.

It's also the procedure a girl's father puts you through while you're waiting for her to finish changing her clothes. See also: grilling session, interrogation
