This has replaced conventional barbed wire in most NATO states. It consists of many circular strands of razor wire bonded together to form something that is much like a huge fierce ugly Slinky. It comes as a compact, tight bundle, and by simply pulling at both sides, you can set up an effective (though very Slinky-like) barrier in no time flat.
