Started in 1934, the Milton Keynes Table Tennis League has grown considerably from its humble origins in line with the town itself. Reaching a peak of 8 divisions of 12 teams in the late 1980s, this league is currently in the 50 largest in the country with 55 teams. With most teams having between 3 and 5 players there are therefore over 200 players currently playing.

The league is home to young British champion Andrew Baggaley who is registered as a member of Greenleys Table Tennis Club.
