I always saw this at the grocery store but left it alone. For a good reason, too. One afternoon I was at my friend's place and they happened to have a box of it. "I'll give this a try," I said in a nonchalant voice. I poured myself a bowl and took a bite. Mark my words, King Vitaman cereal tastes exactly like sawdust.

A recent redesign of the box did away with the elderly monarch and replaced him with a cartoon avatar.
