1.) He stops "getting friendly" with your leg.

2.) He seems cold and dispassionate and rarely speaks anymore.

3.) He doesn't want you to walk him anymore, he just wants you to let him out.

4.) He barks and sniffs at the dog next door, even though you're standing right there.

5.) He never calls.
