Actually now that I think of it, this may have been a public access show in Phoenix, Arizona so I can't expect anyone to actually have heard of it.

Actually, Biker Billy at least at one point lived in very non-biker Madison, NJ directly adjacent to a day care center.

He's known for making extremely hot cooking (habaneros et al.) His TV show is a riot, and has actually very fun recipes interspersed with motorcycle safety PSAs.

He's also got some cookbooks out. One's actually a vegetarian cookbook--not the traditional biker fare.
